Restore Your Core group training class is offered for those who are looking to improve their pelvic floor and core strength postpartum and beyond or progress and maintain their strength following discharge from formal physical therapy. Emphasis will be made on proper inner core activation as well as functional movements and progressive resistance training. Classes will be held once a week for 6 weeks at a time.
Restore Your Core for women aged 55 and older who are looking to improve their core strength, balance, and bone density. It is specifically designed with principles to address the changes occurring during menopause. Exercises will focus on proper pelvic floor and core activation while performing functional movement and strengthening exercises to continue to stay active and healthy for years to come. Classes will be once a week for 6 weeks.
